Version 1.0 · in effect from first publication of this page
This page describes what election.ltd — this site, at this domain — does with personal data. It does not describe the sister properties; each publishes its own notice covering what it holds.
What this site collects
Nothing you are asked for. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no comment field, and no analytics or tracking script of any kind on this domain. No third-party script is loaded on any page here.
Cookies
One. ASP.NET Core sets an antiforgery cookie on pages containing a form, which exists solely to prevent cross-site request forgery. It carries no identifier for you, is not read by anything else, and is not used to measure or profile anything.
Accounts
Account registration is closed. The account system exists in the software, but public sign-up is disabled in configuration and separately refused by the handler that would otherwise create an account. If that changes, this notice changes first — and a grievance officer is appointed before it changes, as recorded on the operator register.
Server logs
The web server keeps ordinary request logs, which include IP addresses, as web servers do. They are used to operate and secure the site. They are not joined to anything else and not used to build a profile.
Your rights, and the honest limit
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 gives data principals rights of access, correction and erasure, exercised through a named grievance officer. No grievance officer has been appointed for this domain, and that gap is published as a gap on the operator register rather than papered over here with a heading and a blank field. Since this site collects no personal data from you, there is presently nothing here to access, correct or erase.
