What this site is

An index of the electoral data properties operated under this domain, and a register of what the operator does and does not hold. It is published for reference. It is not advice, and nothing on it is an offer to contract.

Accuracy

Figures on this site are counted from the databases the properties serve, at the moment a page renders. They are as accurate as those sources are. Indian electoral data is compiled from scanned and re-keyed documents and contains errors; where a property knows a figure is unreliable or absent, it says so on the page rather than silently substituting a value. No warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose is given.

Use of the data

You may read, quote and cite what is published here. If you republish a figure, carry the source and the date with it, as the pages do. Do not present a figure taken from here as officially certified — it is not, and the disclaimer explains why.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on anything published here. There is no service-level agreement and no availability commitment, and that is recorded rather than implied — see the operator register.
